Chance Recovery is an organization dedicated to assisting individuals within our community who have mental health and/or substance abuse issues, and who are seeking recovery, to effectively implement positive change in their lives.
With branches in Albany, Corvallis, Lebanon and Newport, C.H.A.N.C.E attempts to give people a second chance at a healthy, productive life.
Partnering with us, C.H.A.N.C.E will be providing Peer Support for Sparrow Ministries participants as needed. We are so thankful for this organization and their work in our communities.

Genesis Process founder, Michael Dye, has written a unique program geared at helping individuals who want to change their life, be able to change.
After formulating a counselor's training which equips counselors for one on one counseling for addicts, Michael developed another level of assistance called Change Groups.
These groups are designed to operate within the context of the local church and help both those struggling with addictions that we recognize as destructive (drug and alcohol addiction) as well as those in the church with destructive habits we may not always recognize (anxiety, food disorders, sexual addictions and more) to find to come together finding accountability, community, instruction and comraderie as they walk out of hurtful lifestyles together!
We are excited to use Michael Dye's research and experience to help those inside and outside of the church find freedom.
Sparrow Ministries will provide other resources for families participating in the program as they have need of them.
These resources may include anything from financial help and instruction, individual or family counseling, parenting classes, classes on healthy relationships and boundaries, childcare and more.
These resources will be provided to our participants on a case by case basis as the peer support, the church mentor and the participant agree they are needed for the participant to reach their goals while in the Sparrow Ministries program.
